How do I stop birds from getting into my pool and dying?

I have the biggest problem with birds dying in my pool. I don't know how they get there, or why they are there, but it's really annoying. I have a neighbor that has a bunch of bird feeders in his yard, and I'm wondering if they are coming inrto my yard to drink water, or what? I also have a problem with squirrls drinking water out of the pool too. What can I buy or do to keep these pest out of my yard and my pool?

Definitely the problem is in your neighbor feeders, certainly they go to your pool to drink water and same happens with the squirrels, I think you need to cover the pool for about one month until birds get use to go somewhere else for water..?

Place a tarp over the pool

there is a product called hot foot. if you know where they are roosting or sitting around your house, it is like a caulking tube you simply put it on the surface where they hang out and it irritates their feet…

I would put a cover over the pool or maybe get a water feeder for the birds so then maybe they wont go in your pool to get a drink..
