Would some Red-Eyed Tree Frogs or a single be able to live in one of those Turtle/Fish tanks and Pros and Cons?

I've made a decision on the lizards i've want for those who read my last 3 questions i've posted not too long ago and already know what i'll be sticking with, but I'm wondering if Red-Eyed Tree Frogs have to live in tall tanks, can they live in those turtle/fish tanks that are made for those kind of animals because I've found one and it's either 5gal or 10gal long not too sure and also not to mention this is my favorite species of frogs, I can decorate the habitat so nice to mimic it's South American habitat with plenty of rocks and branches and a misting system for the tank, but yeah can I put them in there because this place called East Bay Vivarium is selling a juvenile for about .00 and a juvenile trio for about 0.00 also can you tell me the pros and cons of owning these beautiful cute little frogs? Thanks!

You can keep Red Eyed Tree Frogs in an Aquarium.

You can sit the tank on it’s short end to make it a vertical enclosure.

Red Eyed Tree Frogs are an arboreal species. They spend their time up in the trees. That is why they like a tall space rather then a wide space.

A 5 gallon and a 10 gallon tank are not big enough for 1 nor 3 Red Eyed Tree Frogs.

Red Eyed Tree Frogs require 10 gallons per frog, but you must start with at least a 20 gallon tank. For example:
    5 gallons = 0 frogs
    10 gallons = 0 frogs
    20 gallons = 1 or 2 frogs
    30 gallons = 3 frogs
    40 gallons = 4 frogs, etc…

Red Eyed Tree Frogs are very sensitive animals, and if this is your first frog, I do not suggest them as they are not a beginner amphibian.
Housing them in a tank that is too small will cause them to stress. Stress is a big killer for amphibians. Also if their enclosure is too small, they will get nose rubs (rostal abrasions). This is caused by the animal rubbing their face against the enclosure trying to get out.

u should have a tall tank for red eyed tree frogs. they are the type of species that live on the tree tops. so i would go with saving up ur $ and buying a exo terra medium rain forest habitat that terrarium is between 200 and 250. that is the best tank for them also if u have never owned red eyed’s before u should go with a different species, these are diffucult to take care of for a beginner but i u owned tree frogs before u should be fine
