In the middle of the Winter season's cold (actually, only "cool" %my region's temp's are only 40 deg's high and 25 deg's low) I am suffering a terrible dryness only in one [spot] inside one of my nostrils. <-This gets so bad that my nostril begins bleeding!
I am shopping for either a warm air Humidifier or a cool mist Vaporizer to run indoors to help this seemingly "dryness."
Which system (warm-humidity or cool-mist) should I buy to fend off the season's cold conditions inside my bedroom?
My home runs on a Central Air System and I want to help this unit, rather than fight it.
Thanks for helpful recommendations.

warm air will help your nose best, but if you have asthma that is not the case. You nose is bleeding from the lack of moisture in the air in your home. Also try salt water rinses up your nose every morning.
